We began making maple syrup with our children. We started sugaring with a flat pan on cinder blocks. From that primitive beginning, we eventually built a sugar house and installed an evaporator. At first we collected sap in metal buckets and 5 gallon plastic pails. We still use these, but now most of our sap flows downhill in a pipeline into tanks. We are members of the Mass Maple Producers Association. We have made contacts to expand our product line to include maple candy, maple cream and maple sugar. We also sell t-shirts made by our daughter. The t-shirts have a maple theme and other interesting designs.

Doce Mercer is a local family owned baked goods business. We started here in Westfield MA selling Chocolate chip cookies and hot chocolate. In the past 5 years we expanded our product line to so many delicious baked products such as our cinnamon rolls, focaccia, coconut cake and, of course, our cookies. And we offer not only our hot chocolate but make refreshing ice teas in the summer. As well as participating in Farmers Markets we deliver locally and offer party platters and cakes.

Apples and peaches
West Parish Orchards is a family owned and operated orchard located on the Westfield/Granville town line. We produce several varieties of yellow and white peaches available approximately mid August, and many varieties of apples available mid August throughout the autumn season. Our apples can be found at several local farmstands in the area during the autumn season. We are in attendance at the Westfield Farmers Market starting mid August each year.

Pam Baron is a blue-ribbon winning baker who has enjoyed baking for her friends and family for over 35 years. She has won blue ribbons at “The Big E,” a major event on the East Coast and the seventh largest fair in North America. She also placed blue at the 2024 Three Country Fair, 2024 Westfield Fair, 2022 Arapahoe County Fair and 2022 Colorado Chocolate Festival back in Colorado. Pam is a voracious cookbook reader and avid recipe collector. She is able to improvise magic in the kitchen and has perfected her own secret recipes over the last decade – all leading up to her grand debut at the Highlands Ranch Farmers Market in Colorado, Summer of 2018.
Her husband David, whom she calls her ‘Minion,’ happily assists her in and out of the kitchen, preparing and packaging up to hundreds of tasty treats per weekend. Wham Bam Pam is ServSafe Manager Food Safety certified and bakes out of her Board of Health inspected kitchen. Her baked goods are made with the finest ingredients. She uses fresh eggs, real butter, imported chocolate, gourmet nuts, and all-natural flavors. Wham Bam Pam ensures that her products are preservative-free and are 100% homemade. Pam and Dave absolutely adore interacting with their customers and stand by their promise that these are the BEST baked goods that you will EVER taste. Enjoy!
