WFM Market News - October 9, 2025

The penultimate market always brings mixed emotions as we take a moment to reflect on the generosity and dedication of the volunteers, vendors, musicians, and sponsors who created another successful market season for our community. We are humbled to have served so many loyal customers. WFM is grateful to the local sponsors and donors who fund our SNAP Match program and support equitable access to fresh, locally grown food for hundreds of our fellow community members.

Lastly, we thank our most generous host, The Episcopal Church of the Atonement.  The Market would not exist without them.

We’re thrilled to announce that WFM is two indoor Markets in November and December! The Harvest Market takes place on Saturday, November 15th and the Holiday Market on Saturday, December 13th. Both markets are from 11am-3pm and will be held inside ECOTA. Potential vendors who would like to be considered for either market must email 3 product photos and a brief product description to the Market at farmersmarketwestfield@gmail.com for consideration. Additionally, all potential food vendors must be permitted by the Westfield Health Department.

We’ll see you Thursday!

Bucket List Maple Syrup

We began making maple syrup with our children. We started sugaring with a flat pan on cinder blocks. From that primative beginning, we eventually built a sugar house and installed an evaperator. At first we collected sap in metal buckets and 5 gallon plastic pails. We still use these, but now most of our sap flows downhill in a pipeline into tanks. We are members of the Mass Maple Producers Association.

Wicker Woman Herbals

One woman run. Herbal products created with love and intention using locally and sustainably sourced ingredients.

Plum Island Jams

Specialty jams and jellies. Uniquely delicious! Delicious at breakfast, lunch and dinner, snacks and desserts! All natural. No added flavors or colors. Naturally gluten free and vegan. We try to make delicious flavors that you cant find in the grocery store. We want to add excitement to your table!
