Become A Vendor
Applications for the 2026 season are closed.
The market will be open 12-5 every Thursday from June 4 thru October 15
All vendors must produce their products in Berkshire, Franklin, Hampden, or Hampshire counties in Massachusetts.
WFM maintains a vendor mix of a minimum of 70% farm and food vendors and no more than 30% crafters and artisans.
How do I apply?
- Read the Market Rules and Regulations before applying. This will give you an understanding of WFM’s policies and help you determine if WFM would be a good fit for your business. If you are accepted to the market, you must agree to follow our Market Rules.
- Submit an online application through ConventionForce: https://portal.conventionforce.com/index.cfm?aid=912. Your application must include proof of insurance, a list of the products you intend to sell, and any other applicable documentation for your vendor category.
Vendor Categories
Farmers: Farmers raise fruits and vegetables, herbs, seedlings, dairy, eggs, meat, honey and maple syrup.
Value-added food producers: Bread, baked goods, jams and jellies, canned salsa, sauces, soups, meat jerky, etc.
Ready to eat foods: Prepared foods that are ready to eat on the premises or to take home. These require evaluation and permits from the Health Department.
Crafter/Artisan: Crafts and works of art created by hand. Preference will be given to applicants who use locally produced materials and/or use repurposed/upcycled and sustainably obtained materials.
Nonprofit Organizations: WFM has a limited number of spaces available each week for nonprofit organizations that align with our mission.
