Bucket List Maple Syrup
Maple syrup, cream, and candy
We began making maple syrup with our children. We started sugaring with a flat pan on cinder blocks. From that primitive beginning, we eventually built a sugar house and installed an evaporator. At first we collected sap in metal buckets and 5 gallon plastic pails. We still use these, but now most of our sap flows downhill in a pipeline into tanks. We are members of the Mass Maple Producers Association. We have made contacts to expand our product line to include maple candy, maple cream and maple sugar. We also sell t-shirts made by our daughter. The t-shirts have a maple theme and other interesting designs.

Our farm stand and award-winning sculpture show are open to the public August through November. Otherwise, you can find us at several local farmers markets.

We produce several varieties of yellow and white peaches available approximately mid August, and many varieties of apples available mid August throughout the autumn season. Our apples can be found at several local farmstands in the area during the autumn season. We are in attendance at the Westfield Farmers Market starting mid August each year.
